The restaurants at Canfranc Estación, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, are rediscovering the know-how of the past in their kitchens with a proposal that is unique in the Aragonese Pyrenees: the fusion of traditional local recipes with avant-garde techniques, without forgetting the subtle hints of French cuisine. It is an ambitious project led by Chef Eduardo Salanova and Restaurant Manager Ana Acín, both from Huesca, in which local produce, quality and expertise are the protagonists.
The dining options at Canfranc Estación a Royal Hideaway Hotel include three restaurants, a snack bar and a signature cocktail bar located in a library. Each venue has its own identity and offers guests a haute cuisine experience with a journey through the flavours, aromas and cuisines of the world. The International

1928
Located in an old rehabilitated train carriage, the 1928 restaurant surprises its guests with French cuisine made with products from km 0. An inspiring and original proposal paired with the best Gallic and Spanish wines.
