Beruwala is a city located in the southwest of Sri Lanka, just 60 km from the capital, Colombo. It is a city founded by Arab traders, who made the place famous.
One of its main attractions is the Kechchimalai Mosque, located in Maradana, one of the oldest mosques in Sri Lanka. An impressive white building that dominates the entire city.
