Pursuant to the provisions in Art. 10.1 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002, on services of the Association for Electronic Information and Commerce, it is hereby stated that the service provider is BARCELÓ GESTIÓN HOTELERA S.L. (hereinafter, BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP) with headquarters in Palma de Mallorca (Balearic Islands, Spain), C/ Josep Rover Motta, nº 27, CP 07006, with CIF B-07.918.287, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Mallorca, folio 62, volume 1606, section 8, page PM-30,506, entry no. 1. Contract
For the purposes of Art. 27.a) of the LSSI, the contracting by means of www.barcelo.comwill be carried out in the following steps:
Step 1: Selection of the hotel by entering the dates of the stay and using the search parameters on the main page.
Step 2: Selection of the room type, number of rooms and number of people.
Step 3: Selection of add-ons and additional services and display of the final price. Entry of personal information relative to the reservation, as well as the bank card used as a reservation guarantee, and accepting the general conditions of the reservation.
Step 4: Verification of the booking information.
Step 5: Completion of the reservation, display of confirmation page.
Step 6: Sending of the booking confirmation email which includes the booking details.
BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP will produce a comprehensive electronic document of the finalized reservation for your records. Customers will be granted full access to and awareness of this document in an email stating this information upon completion of the booking process.
After completing the reservation, guests are requested to review the content of the reservation in order to identify possible data errors. To correct any errors, please call our reservation center or send your comments through the forms available on the help page, providing identification data of the reservation.
Our booking service is available in the following languages: Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Russian and Portuguese. To change the language, go to the language drop-down menu at the top right of any page on www.barcelo.com
In accordance with the specific conditions of the fixed rates applied to the booking, said rates may be paid (i) fully or partially in advance when completing the reservation, (ii) when the customer checks into the hotel and physically accesses the room (check-in), or (iii) when the customer leaves the room (check-out). You can pay using the credit cards accepted on the premises and/or in the legal tender of the hotel country.
The legal clause concerning the right of withdrawal does not apply to reservations made through www.barcelo.com or the telephone booking service, being in any case applicable to the particular conditions of the offer in terms of cancellation. To activate it, you must directly contact the hotel at either the phone number, address, or email provided in the confirmation email for the reservation, and provide the identifying information for the reservation.
Industrial and intellectual property
All of the content on this website, including but not limited to: the articles, texts, designs, photographs, images, logos, videos, audio, databases, software, and the website itself, belong to BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP, as the domain owner and/or entity authorized to use them under license from third parties. As a result, their use is prohibited without prior, express authorization.
The brands, trademarks, logos and any other distinctive signs found on the website are either the property of BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP or this entity holds the corresponding user license for their inclusion on the website.
Any use and/or exploitation will require prior authorization from BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP, which may be managed through the content use licensing website www.barcelobrandsite.com, prior to the user's acceptance of the conditions of use. In the absence of express authorization, and without prejudice to the aforementioned terms, users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, publicly disclosing, and transforming the content and/or brands for commercial purposes or financial gain.
