Important information
1) The stay must be paid for using a foreign credit card (the credit card holder must be present at the time of payment).
Note: Payment in cash, by Mexican credit card, or by traveler's check is not accepted.
Does not apply to green card holders.
2) Each guest must present their original foreign passport and a copy of the immigration form.
Note: The Hotel will keep all photocopies of passports and immigration documents confidential at all times, unless they are audited or requested by relevant government authorities.
3) The tax incentive (zero rate) will only apply to guests attending the event. All guests staying in the same room must meet the necessary requirements in order to benefit from the zero rate.
4) The tax incentive (zero rate) will only apply to guests who have booked through the official event link.
Pay 50% now and the other 50% at the hotel. Upon check-in, guests must present the card used to prepay the reservation and confirm their identity. Otherwise, the hotel will charge guests 100% of the stay and refund the advance payment made at the time of booking. Refunds may take 4 to 6 weeks to process.

Additional payment for the eco-tax: MXN $33.94 (per room per night).
Transportation is provided by a DMC (Amstar). You can find details and a link in the Encephalon event confirmation email and in your Dr. Joe Dispenza Unlimited account under “My Events.”
You must add the companion's information in the section available in the booking process, in the "Add additional guests' contact information" section, which is located next to the contact information in the last step of the booking process.
The VAT discount will apply for the period from one night before the start date of the event to one night after the end of the event; for all additional dates the special group rate will apply.
The VAT discount is not the special group rate; it is an additional benefit. Additional benefit provided by the government, NOT by the hotel or Encephalon.
The special group rate applies according to occupancy: single (1 guest) or double (2 guests). (Rates are per person, not per room).
The group rate applies from February 2 to February 8, 2026. Special rates for early arrivals and extended stays (2 days before, 2 days after the official event date).
The group rate can only be applied to guests attending the event and/or accompanying someone attending the event.

The Hotel does not allow any animals or pets on the premises.
Guests staying at a different hotel or booking through third parties will not be able to access Hotel Maya Riviera, Hotel Maya Beach, or Hotel Maya Caribe.
