For the creation of this gastronomic concept we have been advised by two renowned chefs and paella experts : Carlos Otaola (Restaurante Otaola, Seville) and José Luis Chaparro (Restaurante Casa Chaparro, Valencia), whose restaurants have received prestigious awards.
