What is included in our All-inclusive programme?

Full board with food and inclusive drinks served during lunch and dinner (water, beer, soft drinks and house wine). 

From 11:00 until midnight, a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks listed in our All Inclusive drinks menu.

Catering options for AI clients from 11:00 to 19:00, except for the hours when the buffet lunch service is available. Alternative services may be offered according to the season.

The poolside sun loungers and towels can be used free of charge, subject to availability (deposit required). 

Services not included

· À la carte/snack restaurant, minibar, telephone calls, indoor garage, laundry service and room service 

· Use of the spa and paddle tennis courts 

· Any drink at any point of sale outside the hours considered as all inclusive 

· Anything that is not expressly indicated as “a service included in the All Inclusive package” 

Observations 

For your convenience and ease of service, we will provide an AI (All Inclusive) identity bracelet, which you must show in order to use the service. 

We remind you that this right is on a personal basis and not transferable. If you want to dine with a guest who is not staying on an All Inclusive basis, they must pay the price indicated on the menu. 

In accordance with Spanish legislation currently in force, alcoholic beverages cannot be served to under 18s. We kindly request that drinks ordered are only consumed in the areas specifically designed for this purpose. We remind you that it is not permitted to drink them in the rooms. We also remind you that accumulating drinks is not permitted. We kindly request that you finish one drink before consuming another. 

On the day you check out, the All-inclusive service finishes at noon.
