Legal information
For the purposes of the provisions of Article 10.1, Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce, it is established that BARCELÓ GESTIÓN HOTELERA S.L. (hereinafter, BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP) is the service provider, with registered address in Palma de Mallorca (Balearic Islands, Spain), C/ Josep Rover Motta, no. 27, CP 07006, with Corporate Tax Code B-07.918.287, registered in the Mallorca Companies’ Register, File 62, Volume 1606, Section 8, Page PM-30.506, 1st entry. Bookings
For the purposes of the provisions of Article 27 a, Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce, the booking process on www.barcelo.com involves the following steps:
Step 1: Choose the hotel from the homepage using the search parameters and enter the dates of your stay.
Step 2: Choose the room type, how many rooms and the number of guests.
Step 3: Select extras and additional services to display overall price. Enter the personal data relating to the booking, a bank card to guarantee the booking and accept the general terms and conditions.
Step 4: Verify the booking details.
Step 5: The booking is formalised, the confirmation page will be displayed.
Step 6: A confirmation email will be sent, including all the booking details.
BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP will generate an electronic document containing the formalisation of the booking for filing purposes. The client will be given access and full knowledge of this document through the email sent to them upon completion of the booking process.
After formalising the booking, the client is requested to review the content of the booking in order to identify any possible data entry errors. To correct any errors, please call the booking centre on the corresponding telephone number or send your comments using the forms available on the help page, providing the relevant details to identify the booking.
Our bookings procedure is available in the following languages: Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Russian and Portuguese. To change the language, access the language drop-down menu at the top right of any page on www.barcelo.com
In accordance with the specific conditions of the particular rates applied to the booking, payment of these rates can be as follows: (i) fully or partially in advance when the booking is formalised, (ii) when the guest registers at the hotel and physically checks in, or (iii) when they check out. Payment can be made with a credit card that is accepted by the hotel and/or in cash in the legal currency of the country in which the hotel is located.
The legal clause relating to the right of withdrawal shall not apply to bookings made via www.barcelo.com or the telephone booking service, and the specific cancellation conditions of the offer shall apply in all cases. To make a cancellation, clients should contact the hotel directly using the telephone number, postal or email address indicated in the booking confirmation message and provide the relevant booking identification details.
Industrial and intellectual property
All the contents contained in this website, including but not limited to, articles, texts, designs, photographs, images, logos, videos, audios, databases, software and the website as a whole correspond to BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP in its capacity as owner of the domain and/or entity authorised for its use by virtue of a third-party licence, and therefore its use is prohibited without the express prior authorisation of BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP.
All trademarks, commercial names, logos and any other distinctive characters appearing on the website are the property of BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP, or this entity holds the corresponding user licence for its inclusion on the website.
Any use and/or exploitation of this content will require the prior authorisation of BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP, which may be managed through the content licensing website www.barcelobrandsite.com, subject to the user's acceptance of the conditions of use of the same. In the absence of express authorisation, and without prejudice to the above, the user is prohibited from reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating and transforming the contents and/or brands for commercial or lucrative purposes.
