La Bobadilla lies in the heart of Andalusia, between two different provinces, and brings together the essence of the two cultures in our commitment to celebrating and combining the best of both. We begin by highlighting the hotel's most emblematic building, La Capilla (The Chapel), before continuing the journey to the Finca itself.
Oil is a constant protagonist at our table, which is not surprising given our location. Riofrío caviar thrills diners with the finesse and meticulousness required of such a pure and excellent product. New products from the sea, the vegetable garden and two native breeds, our Iberian pig and Segureño lamb.
The journey through the Andalusian Route, through the local cheeses, serves as a prelude to the sweet world...
EL CORTIJO
El Cortijo is our love letter to local and regional cuisine with a strong Andalusian influence. A trip through the interior and the coastline, putting great care into the recipes of our Andalusian forefathers.
The wine cellar offers a taste of the local vineyards, with two different areas:
- El Comedor dining room, with its high ceilings, wooden beams, terracotta floors and Moorish influences in its lighting.
- Outside is La Terraza, with impressive views of the olive groves and Loja mountain range.
EL MIRADOR
All-glass, summer restaurant where you can find a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, with wonderful views of the pool and the palm groves, and where you can enjoy authentic Mediterranean cuisine.
