Barceló Montecastillo Golf

The Barceló Montecastillo hotel offers its guests 4 outdoor swimming pools and an indoor one in the SPA (see additional charge) so that stays in the hottest months are enlivened by refreshing baths.

Of the 4 outdoor pools, one is for adults only, one is a semi-Olympic sized family pool, one is for children and features a water park, and one is a new swimming pool in the area of Barceló Jerez Montecastillo & CC. All the pools are surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, and are open depending on the season. The pool area is completely renovated.

It is known that Jerez is a rich land in many aspects, from its fantastic winery route, flamenco bars, to activities in its famous Speed Circuit. Driving courses, go -karting, bird or cetacean watching (thanks to the hotel's biodiversity), caving in the area or the various exhibitions in the gallery that the resort owns, countless plans for the most entertaining vacations. In addition, the hotel is part of the Wine and Brandy de Jerez Route.

Barcy Club:

The Barcy Club is the favorite place for children between 4 and 12 years old, where they can enjoy a wide program of activities such as theme days, children's parties or meet the Barcy mascot.

The following is a list of the services included in the special Barceló All Inclusive program at the Barceló Montecastillo Golf hotel in Cádiz.

What does the All-Inclusive program include?

Breakfast, lunch and dinner inside the restaurant El Lagar or on the terrace overlooking the golf course. Breakfast will be buffet and lunch and dinner will be buffet or menu depending on the season and includes domestic alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, infusions and mineral water.

At Snack Bar El Tabanco you can enjoy a selection of alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, infusions and mineral water from 11am to 11pm (subject to change depending on the season).

Children's entertainment during July and August (subject to daily schedule).

Starting May 1, 2024, access to the U-Spa Montecastillo water circuit will be included per person per stay, upon reservation (treatments not included).

Our Pet Friendly hotel allows guests staying in the villas the opportunity to share their vacation with their beloved pets.

In addition, the mandatory supplement paid per pet (25€) includes upon arrival a nice Pet Kit with a small bed , food and water bowls, a welcome sachet of food and a guide to veterinarians and beauty salons for animals located near the site.

The pet supplement is 25€ per night and can be booked at the end of the room reservation procedure.

Maximum pets allowed: 2 per villa.

Pets are not allowed access to the communal areas of the resort and must remain in the villas or within the housing development area at all times.

Barceló Montecastillo Golf & Sports Resort has chosen to adapt to the new framework of sustainability by expanding its facilities: the ecological orchard. Enjoy a place designed for gatherings, contemplation, and learning, all of which is free of chemicals.

The new garden has different seasonal crops, a small greenhouse, a chicken coop to produce compost, and an insect hotel for pest control. This completely natural environment surrounds the resort and has been added for the enjoyment and well-being of guests.

A place where you can play golf on its 18-hole course , soccer in one of its professional fields, rugby in its 2 fields with regulatory measures, all without having to leave the premises.

It is also close to the beautiful beaches of Cadiz where you can enjoy water sports, with nearby tours and schools that offer equipment and courses. Go-karting, driving lessons, horse riding, and even hang-gliding are also available through the hotel.

The construction of the hotel's soccer fields was carried out with the aim of hosting first division soccer teams during their winter breaks and training periods.

The resort has 3 soccer fields with international dimensions, approved by FIFA, as well as half a field for special training, all of which were built under the advice of Manchester United and the English Football Association.

The hotel has an 18-hole golf course, par 72, designed by Jack Nicklaus, which hosted the Volvo Masters for 5 consecutive years and the Peugeot Tour 3.

A supplement of €30 will be applied for each 18-hole Green fee throughout the day, prior reservation. It is essential that players present a current federation license to be able to play.
